Guidance from the Arkansas Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association
•All funeral homes are urged to limit funerals to immediate family members only in order to participate in the public effort to stop the spread of the Covid 19 virus.
At this time, we at Delancey-Murphy Funeral Home feel that the best way for us to protect our families, communities, our personal families and ourselves is to implement the guidance given to us by the CDC, Arkansas Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association. Per guidelines at this time all funeral services, visitation and/or memorial services will be held at our funeral homes or the cemetery. For any family that we do serve during this time, we will give you the option to hold a Celebration of Life service once we are able to open our funeral home to more than just immediate family, free of charge.
In attempt for us to all work together in taking precautionary measures, we want to assure you that we are closely monitoring the guidelines and restrictions given, so that we can better serve and protect our families and community.
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us, we will keep you updated on any changes that are made.
